Brandon Hightower

Brandon has nearly 15 years of Technology M&A and Advisory experience. Prior to AXOM Partners he worked with Qatalyst Partners for almost a decade on numerous transactions across Consumer Internet, Fintech, and Software. His sector interests lie at the intersection of commerce and technology while his advisory passion is helping clients play their strongest hand in M&A situations.

Brandon has advised on cross-border, public and private sellside, buyside and capital raising transactions totaling more than $60 Billion in value, including involvement with strategic acquirors and financial sponsors.

Prior to Qatalyst Partners, Brandon worked for another San Francisco-based technology investment bank and for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Brandon is from Indianapolis, Indiana and graduated from the BYU Marriott School of Management with a degree in Business Management, Finance emphasis.
