Jordan has 10 years of M&A experience and has advised on ~$35 Billion of M&A across the technology sector, the majority of which came while working at Qatalyst Partners.

While at Qatalyst, Jordan advised on a number of transactions across the software sector, including the announced sale of Five9 to Zoom for $14.7 Billion, the sale of Mailchimp to Intuit for $12.0 Billion, the sale of Cornerstone OnDemand to Clearlake for $5.2 Billion, and many others.

Prior to Qatalyst Partners, Jordan worked for Citigroup in the Technology M&A group. Jordan is from Boise and graduated from BYU with a degree in economics.
