Sam has nearly 10 years of M&A experience and has advised on ~$125 Billion of M&A across the technology sector.  

While at Qatalyst, Sam advised on a number of notable transactions across the software and internet sectors, including the sale of Slack to Salesforce for $29.2 Billion, the sale of LinkedIn to Microsoft for $28.1 Billion, Qualtrics on its sale to SAP for $8 Billion, PillPack on its sale to Amazon, and many others.

Sam is from Boston, MA and graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a degree in finance.
