Ty Boswell

Ty has nearly 10 years of M&A and operating experience and has advised on $20+ Billion of M&A across the technology sector.

Ty joined Snowflake pre-IPO and played a key role in its growth from ~$150 Million in revenue to over $3 Billion. During his tenure at Snowflake, Ty also was involved in over 10 acquisitions, including notable companies such as Samooha, Neeva, and Streamlit. Prior to Snowflake, Ty was at Centerview Partners, where he advised on several transactions in the technology sector across software, hardware and semiconductors.

Ty is from Salem, UT and graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in finance.
